You want to manifest what you wish most. You put into practice all the techniques you have learnt in the books you have studied and still there is something you miss. The Secret behind the Secret, many claim, and you are ready to buy another course on the word that this time you will be the most powerful being on earth. And days go by, as well as your money and the time you spent. Can you please stop a minute? Thank you.
I also know that you cannot really quit that never – ending chat within your conscious mind, you try to meditate and visualize, get clear of every harmful thought, and some worries, fears, or whatever is less welcomed keep surfacing, making you feel your vibrations lowering to the density of a rock. Visualizing is tremendously important in the process of manifesting, and it is as many times as powerful if done during a meditation session. How then can we shut the mouth of that little gremlin in our mind? Well, there are many things we can do, good news.
I want to briefly talk about one of them, listening to music. When we listen to music we basically keep busy that part of our mind involved in mundane tasks and their correlated thoughts, giving space to what we focus upon. We can visualize better pictures and state affirmations without being interrupted by our to - do - list for tomorrow or by our worries about a presentation at work. Music will also rise your vibrational state, it will dig all your positive feelings out on a silver plate. This practice of course is not meant to be used every time, but in the beginning, when we really need to master some stillness, it can reveal itself a very good friend of us.
A logical question is, well what music should I listen?
Whatever you like and makes you feel good, but I would say something not very exciting and not that loud. New age and classical are my favourites, better if I listen to them with a pair of in – ear phones. There are many good compilations on the market made just for meditation, and they are very good as well. What is important is that music will not distract your focus or will not introduce any thought, it must be the best thing for you to acquire stillness. This is what I listen for meditation and simply to relax:
New age (Kitaro…)
Classical Baroque music (Vivaldi, Handel…)
Music of the ancient world (Egyptian, Sumerian, etc…)
Sounds of nature (Rainforest, Waterfalls…)

Howdy, what made you want to write on from the heavens and the Law of Attraction? I was wondering, because I have been thinking about this since last Wednesday.
Baroque music, thanks for the good question.
Music raises your vibrations, tuning your brain to particular positive frequencies. In fact, my favourite is…Baroque
…and Albinoni: Adagio in G minor; Holst: Neptune; Ravel: Pavane pour une enfante defunte & Bolero; Rachmaninoff: Prelude in C sharp minor & Piano concerto No 2 in C minor; and the best Vangelis’s Himalaya from his album China. I like it with a tinge heaviness to provide some extra distance from the environment and add emotion without overpowering everything.
I agree with you! beautiful choices!
