There are seven fears who systematically try to destroy our lives. They creep in the subconscious mind, and once they deeply root in our inner world, their start to change the course of our existence, depleting us from our free will, making us to chose unnatural paths. We can call them “The Seven Sisters”.
1 The fear of poverty
2 The fear of criticism
3 The fear of ill health
4 The fear of loss of love
5 The fear of the loss of liberty
6 The fear of old age
7 The fear of death
No one is immune of these seven human disgraces. Everybody have experienced one or more of them, with the result of an unbalanced life and high resistance in manifesting wishes and goals.
The solution to eliminate these seven sisters is simple. You have to transform them in their antonyms, in their opposite.
1 Poverty will change to wealth
2 Criticism will change to approval
3 Ill health will change to vibrant health
4 Loss of love will change to compassion
5 Loss of liberty will change to absolute freedom
6 Old Age will change to eternal youth
7 Death will change to eternal life
To be able to release the fear, you must first let the associate sensation fully come into your mind. You must experience that fear. More you push it down into your subconscious, more it will exert a negative influence upon you. More you cover your feelings, more they will try to surface and harm you.
Once you fully experience that negative feeling, it will slowly fade. More you are aware of it, quicker you can change it in a positive belief. Now, think about the opposite of that fear, feel that sensation, positive, energetic. It looks like you are going to erase the fear with pure light and, once there is light, no room is anymore allowed for negativity, you are aligned with the universe, with the energy source. The real truth is the opposite of what most concerns you.
Everything positive is made of light, with light you can create a whole new world. I chose for this post the picture of the Pleiades, a beautiful star cluster. They are called “The Seven Sisters”, they are made of pure light.

Great post Elio. I occasionally do something I call, having
a meeting with my fear. I let the fear surface, I sit with it
and listen to it, during this alone time with my fear I always
experience exactly what you are taking about i.e. I call upon
my spirit self to show light to the fear, to allow the fear to
know that there is no need for it to exisit. This process always
clears me and allows my fear to go in peace.
Very inspiring, Elio! Seems simple, but it is not–it takes a concentrated effort and direction…which this post so succesfully has helped to do.
peace,

Elio whenever I visit your post it is just when I need it. I was sitting at the computer. My hip was throbbing in unbearable pain. I read your article as well as the comments of your readers. I leaned back and set in silence. Just as Carole had suggested. I acknowledged my pain. And allowed it to leave. Thank you and your intelligent readers!
Some times, we just need a reminder of what we already know!:)
Very well written Elio. I would however like to add just one more major fear. That of failure. Most of us become indecisive because we fear failure. We also do not persist with effort because of this fear. The opposite of fear is success. So your formula will work if we focus on success.

Thank you for your comments, I see that many of us already use this “quick tip”. As rummuser kindly noted, perhaps another sister is on her way, but at this point we have to create a new star:)
Again a very beautiful post, Elio. Somewhere I have the old story of the pleiades sisters and I could once actually distinguish them from each other. Both your words and the picture are awsome!
Hi Elio! Bell’articolo!
@Antoinette
Thank you, your comments are always kind
