Five reasons to wake up in the morning

Everybody eventually wake up in the morning. The reason most part of people does it, though, is interpreted as a negative issue. “Another long day”, “I have nothing to do, I am bored”, “I hate my life”, and so on. There are many positive reasons for you to get out of your bed, and may be you don’t know…

First of all you are alive

Yes, you are. After a period of rest your body restores the functional activities, ready to run again. You are in possession of this beautiful machine, use it, take the best of it. Wake up. Make sure to grant your body a period of rest of about eight hours, don’t force yourself to sleep less hours to do “more things”, machinery maintenance is important!

Pursue your dreams

You have another day, another chance to get closer to your dreams, your objectives. Whatever you have to do today, remember you will take some little steps toward your goals. You have another day to make your plans, to revise them, to bend reality to your likes. Wake up, don’t waste your time laying down in bed. How much would you pay for an hour of your life? You are wasting lots of money if you don’t wake up…

You have to feed your machine

You have to wake up to feed your body. This machine needs fuel, quality fuel. You must care of it, it’s part of you. Wake up and chose healthy and nutrient foods, like cereals, orange juice, fruit. You have plenty of choices. If you are overweight you have a whole day to put your body back in shape, it’s all up to you. If you are already taking care of it, this is a good time to congratulate yourself, once again, for the good job you are doing. No excuses, wake up!

You have to move

Do you think a machine is made to rest? I don’t think so. Your body must move, it’s a complicated system made of nerves, muscles, fluids. It has been designed to be in motion and it is your responsibility to assure it’s being used properly. Mild exercise will benefit, and if you can, go for a run before breakfast. I am used to take just a glass of water and run, at least three times a week. You will burn great part of the excess fat, and your metabolism will start in the best possible way. So, wake up!

You are the spectator

You have the privilege to witness another day of this incredible universe. You are here to experience things, feel sensations, try new routes, meet people. Every minute you lose in bed it’s a lost opportunity you have to observe the creation. Wake up, and think what wonderful things will happen to you today. Something always happens, just tune in and you will see it. So, wake up!
